Paula Canete is a Physical Therapy Aide and a graduate of Velez College, Philippines. She received her Bachelor of Science Major in Physical Therapy and passed the Philippine PT local board exam last 2022. She was a Volleyball athlete in her high school days and was exposed to the world of sports, which she grew to love and appreciate. She bagged the best libero award in a major tournament at her hometown and had the opportunity to also teach kids about the basic fundamentals in Volleyball through outreach activities or summer programs. She also loves doing outdoor activities which made her interested and later on, love Physical Therapy. She values overall health and fitness, whether that be physical, mental, or emotional since it’s the most valuable thing one can have and Physical therapy hits all of those criteria. Her long term goal is to get her DPT license and continue to be of service to people who are in need of therapy and most especially, educate people about PT’s overall unique impact to each person.
Paula is a chill laid back person who enjoys listening to music and hanging out with friends. She also likes to do solo travels, experience different cultures and meet new friends.
