Dr. Keith Chan is a licensed Physical Therapist in Guam, California, and Hawaii. He was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and relocated to Guam in 2015. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at San Francisco State University in 2003 and then completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of the Pacific in 2008.
Dr. Keith Chan’s physical therapy career is very diverse as he has extensive experience with hospital acute care rehabilitation, outpatient clinical rehabilitation, home healthcare, school based special education, sports medicine, health education, and clinical management. He uses a holistic approach to assist patients achieve their physical goals and emphasizes education to empower his patients.
In his spare time, Dr. Keith Chan enjoys stand up paddleboarding, surfing, ocean swimming, hiking, traveling, and eating international cuisines.
